The living-dining room on the ground floor
The heart of the common areas is located on the ground floor.
It is a spacious, open-concept living and dining area that connects directly to the front porch of the house.

A place to see, listen, and relax
The living room is equipped with a 50-inch TV, as well as a home theater system, Wi-Fi throughout the house, and a wood-burning fireplace.
A space designed for those moments when you just want to stay home.
After a day at the beach, a drive along the Costa da Morte, or an outing in the surrounding area, you can end the day watching a movie, listening to music, or enjoying the warmth of the fireplace.

The dining room

Sin duda, las sala multiusos ofrece la oportunidad de relajarse leyendo un libro o participando en juegos de mesa varios tales puzzles, cartas, ajedrez y otros. No sólo eso, también es una de las estancias de caSAnosa que invitan a relajarse y contemplar las vistas de los prados que rodean la casa. El sistema de sonido también ayuda a relajarse si lo que uno busca es escuchar música.
En la planta baja podemos disfrutar de una televisión de 50 pulgadas conectada con un home cinema que permite el visionamiento de varias temáticas. La chimenea es sin duda la gran estrella en invierno, ya que, a pesar de tener un sistema central de calefacción, siempre es agradable ver arder la madera que nosotros mismos proporcionamos. La mesa de comedor se encuentra en la misma estancia proporcionando más vitalidad y funcionalidad a la sala.
